Event photographers, please remember to send me this information asap after the event. No one will remind you (no sms service

) and it's up to your own disgression.
Information sent in after 2 weeks of the event will NOT be entertained. Even though you're my friend (:
EVENT INFORMATION:1. Date, Time, Location of event
2. Event name
3. Person-in-charge
4. Contact number and/or email of person in charge
5. Cca points promised
6. Photographer
7. Number of shots submitted
8. Remarks (cca points awarded or not, etc)
If this is your first time submitting the above information, please include the the following details of yourself:

2. Student Number
3. Contact Number
4. Email Address
5. School/ Course/ Year/ as of April 2009 (in full)
We'll be keeping a database of our events photographers so you only need to submit your information once. After you have done so, when you reply to threads to cover events you just need to include your name, contact and student number (just in case).
If you have incomplete information, hope and pray that they give you the CCA points.
